Hydrodemolition in the pressure range of 1,000 – 3,000 bar

Järvisuomen Teollisuus is based in Lappeenranta and does hydrodemolition everywhere in Finland. Hydrodemolition is done within the pressure range of 1,000 – 3,000 bar. We utilize robots and remote-controlled tools as much as possible. The washer will use a pistol if necessary, but otherwise we seek to do the work automatically using machines to the largest possible extent. This way, the results will be smooth and even, and work safety is guaranteed.

A safe method for treating eroded concrete

Hydrodemolition allows eroded concrete to be treated safely, when it is done by a professional.

Advantages over mechanical demolition:

  • no microfractures
  • no mechanical stress
  • no more concrete is removed than intended
